The next Hudson High School Music Association Meeting will be
Tuesday, February 7th at 7:30 in the HHS Choir Room. All parents of music
students are invited to attend.

The membership is invited to examine the proposed HHSMA Code of
Regulations (amended by-laws). The existing by-laws are included for
reference. The Board of Directors has reviewed these Regulations and
recommends adoption. A resolution to adopt the Code will be presented at
the March General Meeting for consideration and a vote by membership.

We have exceeded our challenge!
The Hudson High School Music Association has successfully reached its
$60,000 challenge to raise money for the new Memorial Stadium. This
stadium will provide a state of the art facility for our schools and include
more than adequate handicapped accessible seating for both fans and
visitors. This facility will also provide a venue for our marching band to
practice and perform - no more parking lot practices!!! The best news is
that the HHSMA will be working with the Athletic Boosters in a 50/50
partnership to provide all stadium concessions providing a long-term source
of funds for all our programs.
Monies can still be donated in the name of the Hudson High School Music
Association and will help defray the cost of purchasing equipment for the
concessions stands. Donations credited to the HHSMA will still enable the
donor to receive the perks that come with the different donation levels.
Pavers are available beginning at the $250 level. Additional benefits such as
preferred parking and reserved stadium seating are available at levels over

To donate, you may use this form. Hard copies will also be available at all
HS music concerts. If you use any other donation form, please indicate
somewhere that your donation should be put toward the HHSMA Challenge.
If you have donated previously, your donation can still be credited to our
challenge by sending an email to hudsonstadium@gmail.com. Checks
should be made out to Hudson Memorial Stadium Fund at P.O. Box 473,
Hudson, OH 44236. Any donation of $1000 or more can be paid over a 4-
year period.

Braces by White Raffle
The HHSMA is raffling a complete course of orthodontic care (braces or
invisalign) for one new patient provided by Dr. John White of Hudson. This
includes diagnostic records, appliances/braces and the first set of retainers
valued at $5400. Due to cancellation of the Parade of Bands, the raffle
drawing will be held at the Spring Band Concert, May 10th, 7:00 p.m. at the
HHS Auditorium.
