Orchestra uniform returns will take place AT
SCHOOL on Tuesday, May 21st.
Please make sure dresses are cleaned and
tuxedos are dry cleaned following the concert.
And men, don’t forget your bowties and
cummerbunds.
At our concert Tuesday, we will be raffling off two
donated plants from Suncrest Gardens and
Robinson’s Nursery.
Tickets will be $1 a piece. Proceeds from the
raffle will be used to support the orchestra program
at the High School.
Help Needed
Concessions Committee
Concessions is proving to be very lucrative for
orchestra and all of our music groups, but we are in
need of someone from orchestra to serve on the
Concessions Committee through next year. If you
would be interested in helping to coordinate

Stage decorations
I am in need of someone to handle Stage
Decorations and Flower Raffle for concerts
beginning with December’s concert. If you are able
to help or
interested in learning more, please contact me at

Performances
The Chamber Orchestra has created several
quartets that are performing at local business
establishments and are available for Christmas
Parties. If you are
interested in making a donation in exchange for a
performance, please contact Kristin Andrus at

Grants
Students are contacting local foundations to secure
grants. If you are aware of a grant providing
institution, please contact Kristin Andrus at

Malley’s Chocolates
The students are planning to sell Malley’s
chocolates. Watch for more information.
