Dear Band Parents,
As you may have noticed in your newsletter, band uniform turn-in is
scheduled for Saturday, May 31st from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM. This means on
the Tuesday after the Memorial Day Parade you will need to get your uniforms
into your dry cleaner right away!
Please read the specific procedures in
the newsletter for more info.
Note, the info re: the WIND ENSEMBLE turning
their uniforms in at a later date was incorrect - their uniforms will be
turned in on Saturday, May 31st as well.
Right now, we are looking for quite a few volunteers to ensure everything
goes smoothly.
Please contact Cindy Shedloski as soon as possible via
e-mail or phone
as to your availability and
indicate your preferred shift:
1st Shift : 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM
2nd Shift: 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM
Both Shifts: 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM
